Conditions Relating to Bookings of Training Dates:
2 In A Class Training:
Making bookings - Dates will be reserved for training once a completed booking form has been received.
Cancelling or amending bookings - Bookings may be cancelled or amended one calendar week before the booked date. Any cancellations or amendments requested within one calendar week of the confirmed booking will be at the discretion of the trainer and subject to a cancellation fee of £120 for each day booked
On-Site Group Training:
Making bookings - Dates will be reserved for training once a completed booking form has been received.
Cancelling bookings - Bookings may be cancelled one calendar week before the booked date. Any cancellations requested within one calendar week of the confirmed booking will be at the discretion of the trainer and subject to a cancellation fee of £200 for each day booked. In addition, the client will be liable for the payment in full of any bookings made by the trainer in relation to the original training dates. These include hotel bookings, hire car bookings, hire of equipment and train or flight tickets.
Alterations to booked dates - Alterations to booked dates should similarly be made at least one calendar week before the confirmed booking date. Any alterations made within one week of the confirmed date(s) will be at the discretion of the trainer and will be subject to a fee of £200 for each day postponed. A deposit equivalent to the full amount due for the training dates to be altered will also be required to secure any future dates. New dates will be confirmed only after the receipt of the deposit. In addition, the client will be liable for the payment in full of any bookings made by the trainer in relation to the original training dates. These include hotel bookings, hire car bookings, hire of equipment and train or flight tickets.
Conditions relating to post training support
3 months of email support is available free of charge to clients who have booked training option 2 or option 3. Support is defined as an attempt to resolve questions relating to the function of the software only on topics which are covered in the training. Support does not necessarily include assistance in resolving job specific queries and cannot constitute training from scratch on any issue.
